-- Application Sharing allows conference hosts to provide remote control of any application running on their PC to conference participants. This feature is ideal for groups collaborating on presentations, spreadsheets and documents, for training of remote workers, or for customer support personnel working to solve a client issue.

-- Audio recording and playback allows the conference host to easily record any PSTN or VoIP conference. Participants can playback the recording and view the presentation materials at any time. This feature is ideal for training applications, or when all parties can't be present at once.

-- Lotus Notes integration allows Notes users to access their directory and view their calendar to determine participants' availability when scheduling an audio and web conference and to easily add a conference appointment and call details into the calendar of all participants.

-- Expanded Microsoft Outlook integration allows Outlook 2003, 2000 and 98 users to view attendee availability and access their address book and calendar for scheduling conferences.

-- Secure Socket Layer (SSL) support adds another layer of security by encrypting all content shared during a web conference. As a result, Sonexis ConferenceManager 4.0 complies with federal regulations that address the security and privacy of health data under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).

-- Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) Uniform Resource Identifier (URI) support allows hosts and participants to access an audio conference via SIP soft phones using the conference URI.

-- Double the capacity of the current system to support larger conferences with 192 PSTN audio ports (T1/CAS/PRI) or 200 VoIP audio ports (H.323, SIP), and 200 web conference seats.

-- New system test allows web conference participants to ensure their desktop is properly configured before the conference begins.
